10–20 days is the estimated delivery time. Estimated time for international delivery: 2-4 weeks. Refunds or complimentary reshipping are available for orders that do not arrive within 60 days of the order being processed.

After that, let us know if you want a replacement or a reimbursement for the damaged item. If you would like a refund on the damaged items or a replacement purchase sent, we can help.
